Hello from Lortab Land

Yes, I had to trade in my Ultram for Lortab. Knees hurt quite a lot more than ankles or fingers do when they get operated on.

I felt like Ambulance Driver's golum..."It NEEDS the vicodin. It NEEDS the morphine. It is in PAIN!!!" And I truly was in tears when I had to get up and shuffle down the hall to the bathroom on the walker.

But that was yesterday, today I was able to sleep 3 hours in the afternoon. I expect to be able to sleep 7 hours straight through tonight.

Thanks to those who have called or send email greetings for speedy recovery. I'll try to post again by Saturday, but it's still a challenge to sit up for too long.

I'll call today. I was going to yesterday but thought you were in the medication fog world. I guess now it doesn't matter.LOL

Have a speedy recovery.

Here's wishing you a get well soon. Please be careful with that Lortab. It's some powerful stuff. I don't want you to fall and possibly hurt more than what is already ailing you.

Good luck and a speedy recovery to you.

Hope you feel better soon. I meant to ask Matt how you were doing when we spoke the other night. Just keep that sofa pinned down as much as you need to and don't let the dogs trip you.

Regards,
Rabbit.

Hope the recovery is going well! I also hope you're not too stir crazy, with not being able to move around as much.

Rest up, do your physical therapy when it's time, and don't push too hard, lady.

Oh, and don't worry about us, we'll be here when you're ready to come back.

Holly, as one who has been through multiple knee surgeries, I believe I can say that I know 1st hand the hell it can be, both before the procedure and the recovery time.
Know that you will be in my thoughts and prayers for you to make a full recovery and be back to yourself again in no time.
BIG HUGS!
Angel
