Ambulance Driver had this on his blog a few days ago. Since there are LOTS of books in our home I thought I'd pick this one up.

You turn to page 56 in the CLOSEST book. Not the most loved or the most intellectual, but the closest. Now, quote the 5th sentence on that page, and the next 2 to 5 sentences to finish the thought.

It's not particulary pretty and may tick off some of you, But here it is:

An attempted anal rape of a 12 year-old boy, for example, was recorded in Archdiocese files as "touches." The Grand Jury often could not tell from memos reporting "boundary violations" and "unnatural involvements" exactly what Church officialshad been told.
In addition, many of the communications discussing priest sexual abuse were oral. Under Cardinal Bevilacqua's policy, aides would inform him immediately when abuse allegations came into the Archdiocese, but not in writing. His initial response and instructions were not recorded.
