I just posted a new blog over at my other blog so go take a look if you've ever wondered how to tell the diff between the Blues and Depression.
I went over the the website of the Nat'l Institute of Mental Health and borrow their definition and list of symptoms. Then I expounded on those and added a BUNCH of info from my own experience.
Of course I take readers on one of my Tangential Road Trips. But, aren't those always amusing when we travel afield here?
So, go...educate yourself or just satisfy your curiosity.
